AudienceCue

Terms of service

Terms for using AudienceCue.

These terms describe the product boundaries for AudienceCue customers. By using AudienceCue or starting paid checkout, you agree to these terms and the linked Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Effective: April 30, 2026

Product scope

AudienceCue is the customer-facing brand and product operator for this service. AudienceCue helps users download public YouTube comment data, export evidence rows, and generate analysis reports for research, support, content planning, and business review.

Acceptable use

Users must only process sources they are allowed to review, must not use AudienceCue for harassment or unlawful profiling, and must not attempt to bypass YouTube, Creem, Supabase, or AudienceCue limits.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing exports and AI reports before relying on them. AudienceCue provides decision support, not legal, financial, medical, or platform-policy advice.

Accounts and access

Users must keep account access secure. AudienceCue may limit, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, or comply with payment and platform requirements.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.com. Creem.com is the Merchant of Record for AudienceCue orders. Creem handles checkout, receipts, taxes, payment methods, and applicable buyer payment support, while AudienceCue applies plan credits and product access after valid payment events.

Changes and availability

AudienceCue may update features, limits, pricing, and integrations. We aim to keep core export evidence accessible and understandable, and we keep customer-facing policy links visible before paid checkout.

Questions about accounts, billing, data, or acceptable use should be sent through the contact page so support can route the request to the right account or payment record.
